The Total Body Detox is a 6 week program designed to decrease overall body inflammation, help you identify your food sensitivities, and show you how to take control of your diet and environment to achieve optimal health. This program is a must to help you decrease the effects of and recover from the toxicity of standard everyday living. We effectively hit the ‘reboot’ button on your body, helping to effectively address many chronic symptoms and help you to achieve meaningful, long-lasting health improvement.
We meet as a group for 1.5 hours each week for 6 weeks. The first meeting will establish the game plan and have you meet the other group members and establish a support network (encouraged, though not required). Each week we will discuss the changes you have been experiencing. Each subsequent meeting we will discuss other areas of toxicity including environmental exposures, lifestyle and emotional toxicity. You will learn methods of enhancing your body’s natural mechanisms of detoxification, see demonstrations of detox techniques, get new recipes and taste foods each week to support you through this process and beyond.
Who is this program for?
This program is open to virtually everyone, though an initial health screening is required (and parental permission under 18yrs old). The health screening will help to ensure that this program is safe for you to participate in, as well as establish baseline parameters such as weight, body mass index (BMI), and to complete a symptom survey to allow comparison between before and after the program.
While no specific medical recommendations will be made, certain symptoms and health conditions with significant amounts of inflammation may find particular benefit, including:
